We are all in this together, and all that I can ask at this time is that everyone do their part and follow the directives of the CDC and Governor DeWine and stay at home as much as possible. If you must go out, please practice "social distancing." We are not going to stop the spread of this virus if we cannot contain it.
During this pandemic, things are changing daily in every aspect of our life, as far as those with cases pending in our justice system, whether civil or criminal, please contact your attorney or the court to see if your hearing has been continued. I have tried to contact all of my clients to keep them updated with respect to the status of their case. However, if you have not heard from me, please give me a call to discuss your case and the status of your hearing.
For now, in an effort to comply with the recommended "social distancing" and the governor's order to shelter in place, I will not be in my office unless absolutely necessary; however, I can be reached by telephone or email.
Please be safe and kind to one another, spend some time with your family at home without the usual hectic life interruptions and try to make the best of our situation.
